Mayor Alexander proclaims EmpoweringHER Weekend in Norfolk

NORFOLK, VA 

On Sunday, August 5, the fourth installment of EmpoweringHER Brunch was held at the Courtyard by Marriot in downtown Norfolk at which time a proclamation was read marking the first weekend in August as EmpoweringHER Weekend.
