Norfolk entrepreneur launches women's empowerment website with an emphasis on working together

On Sunday, August 5, the fourth installment of EmpoweringHER Brunch was held at the Courtyard by Marriot in downtown Norfolk at which time a proclamation was read marking the first weekend in August as EmpoweringHER Weekend.
